Our recently-launched ERG Leadership Development program offers cutting-edge online program that can be accessed from any time zone. It includes 12 online modules, alongside two live sessions to aid cementing knowledge and putting it into practice.​

We aim to help committee members, sponsors and those overseeing Resource Groups build the technical and leadership skills required to run a successful group, including role modelling leadership, driving change and remaining positive and resilient.​
The modules are grouped into 3 sections: Strategy, Leadership and Development, and have been carefully planned to cover the key aspects of leadership and the skills needed to steer an effective ERG/BRG.​
