Our aim is to help committee members, sponsors and those overseeing Employee Resource Groups build the technical and leadership skills required to run a successful group, including role-modelling leadership, driving change and remaining positive and resilient. 

Effective ERGs are a valuable tool to drive Diversity & Inclusion efforts.  We offer support in a number of ways:

  • ERG best practice research and strategy support

  • Benchmarking and maturity model assessment

  • Setting up ERGs effectively

  • Aligning ERG strategy with your organisation

ERG and Employee Network leader monthly call

Each month, we run a global ERG / Employee Network leader call. We share examples of best practices, look at current trends and focus on upskilling by providing insight into how chairs, co-chairs and D&I leaders can help their Networks and Affinity groups shine.
