ERG Leadership Development

Course Overview

Resource Groups and Employee Networks are the backbone of Inclusion and Diversity for many organizations. Yet most Employee Resource Groups are run by volunteers. We know the role is hard and can often require both specific skills and balancing time between the role and any ‘day’ job..

Our aim is to help committee members, sponsors and those overseeing Resource Groups build the technical and leadership skills required to run a successful group, including role-modelling leadership, driving change and remaining positive and resilient.

With two levels, this program provides committee members, sponsors and those overseeing Resource Groups build the technical and leadership skills required to run a successful group, including role-modelling leadership, driving change and remaining positive and resilient.

Targeted at those in ERG leadership roles (Chairs, Committee Members), those in HR or EDI teams overseeing ERG activity or those looking to take on an ERG role.
