Every company will have a culture

Organisational culture is effectively defining ‘how each company or division’ does things. But perceptions may not always match reality. And different teams may have very different sub-cultures. 

So how do you we approach understanding it and being clear on 'how things work around here'?

Starting with Vision, Mission and Values - as well as aspects of company culture of specific interest - we use interviews, the data you hold and group workshops to give you a clear perspective on what your culture looks and feel like - and areas wher you might want to focus.

Our aim is to discover areas of similarity and difference that will impact inclusion, integration efforts and working practices across an organization.
