About the event

Running an ERG/Employee Network is quite a challenge.  Over the course of three hours, we will look at:

- Setting out a clear strategy: How to define a clear and then set clear objectives

- Collaborating to have a greater impact: Working with other ERGs/Networks

- Running effective campaigns and keeping momentum: How to plan ahead to impact over time

- Evolving brand, marketing, comms: Using the tools you have available to maximise your reach

The session will be an interactive mix of insight, discussion and a focus on giving you time to gather your thoughts and plan next steps with peers from across sectors.

We also know that for some charities and public sector organisations, budget can be a challenge.  We have introduced a "PlusOne Initiative" ticket. These can be used for you to extend an invitation to community partners or charities that may find the sessionns useful.  Alternatively, we have a number of organisations who we would be happy to cover the cost for under your PlusOne ticket - do just drop us an email if you have any questions.

This is part of our ERG/Network Leader training series.
