Iti works hard to keep the Corporate chapter of Amazon's Black Employee Network UK running behind the scenes as well as acting as a face of the ERG.

She was a major driver in our strategy formulation and budgetary proposal for 2024, including forming external relationships on BEN's behalf. She facilitates and records our meetings and has hired and developed 4 new hires into the Board.

She actively thinks of ideas for our ERG members as well as supporting the President in running the Board and reporting to our Executive Sponsors...her role as Vice President is all encompassing!
