Daniel has been an exceptional co-lead alongside Lily, leveraging his extensive knowledge and background of our HR policies and initiatives. He effectively connects various people initiatives, such as our new paid parental leave policy, ensuring Family First plays a key role in its launch. Daniel consistently seeks opportunities to collaborate with other Inclusion Communities and business areas, enhancing the group’s reach and impact. Running an Inclusion Community requires significant time and dedication, and I am impressed with the commitment both co-leads have demonstrated.
