Laticia is more than the community relations chair. She serves as my left arm; a shoulder to stand on and a back to lean on. She always has another idea to make our programming exceptional.

Yuki has been a very active driver of improved visibility of PEARL and works to make sure that the successes of our people and the ERG are communicated out. She has worked with corporate communication to help develop correctly targeted content in the BSC News Update, which has helped her to make connections with other ERGs and interested partners.

Lillian has been the Executive Sponsor for one of Marlborough Chapter since 2017.  Her passion for fostering a positive culture within PEARL ERG has been truly remarkable.

Yvonne wears many hats as a mom, career coach, and business owner. She still manages to lead with purpose and intention as GA’s Black ERG chair.

Danielle has been a great support system for Mondelez Internationals ERG Resource Groups as a DEI manager and has immensely contributed to their growth and success.

Taylor is the Vice President of the Black Employee Network (BEN) UK Operations chapter; a group of nearly 600 members across the UK & Ireland.

Liz is the powerhouse behind the inclusive culture at LexisNexis. She works tirelessly alongside the ERGs, helping them to grow and flourish.

Sonal has showed incredible leadership of the Asian American employee council ERG at Mondelez international throughout the year 2023.

Ria runs the most incredible Reverse mentoring program which gives employees from ERGs the chance to connect with leadership and share their lived experiences and best practice.

Iti works hard to keep the Corporate chapter of Amazon's Black Employee Network UK running behind the scenes as well as acting as a face of the ERG.

Luca has done extensive work done in growing the LGBTQ+ program at ABB moving from awareness to actions, to changing policies and activating allies to step up.

Ebony is TTEC’s Diversity Council (DC) chair who also holds a seat on TTEC’s ESG Executive Council. She is also a part of TTEC’s Impact Strategy Advisory Board. During her short tenure as Diversity Council Chair (less than a year as of 02/2024) Worked to revamp the Diversity Council charter to become even more inclusive and have more regional, departmental, and business segment representation as well as better assess engagement and participation across the organization.
