Ebony Langston

Ebony is TTEC’s Diversity Council (DC) chair who also holds a seat on TTEC’s ESG Executive Council. She is also a part of TTEC’s Impact Strategy Advisory Board. During her short tenure as Diversity Council Chair (less than a year as of 02/2024) Worked to revamp the Diversity Council charter to become even more inclusive and have more regional, departmental, and business segment representation as well as better assess engagement and participation across the organization.

She provides more awareness, education, and resources to drive an inclusive culture and advocates to company leaders for recognition for star employees who support initiatives that fosters a more positive workplace executive development program to support leadership for employees who are a part of historically marginalized communities.

Prior to her taking on the role of Chair, Ebony was the Diversity Council’s vice chair and Champions of Color (ERG) chair. Champions of Color (COC) fosters a safe and collaborative environment for TTEC employees of Black, African American, and African descent. During her time as COC’s chair (and one of the founding members) the group made major impact through their focus areas:

• Professional development – personal branding, mentorship, and networking events.

• Health & Wellness – raising awareness on gaps in healthcare and workshops on financial literacy

• Awareness & Education – Barber/beauty shop series open to all employees and leaders which provides perspective on the Black experience, enhancing the ability to be a better ally and inclusive leader
