An Introduction to Diversity & Inclusion
The program aim is to provide committee members, sponsors and those overseeing Resource Groups build the technical and leadership skills required to run a successful group, including role-modelling leadership, driving change and remaining positive and resilient. Our program has been designed after years of experience in D&I, corporate leadership development and working with Resource Groups.
For Resource Group leaders at different stages, we offer two programs: 'Foundation’ - the building blocks for success (typically at the start of a leadership role) and ‘Enhanced’ - for those with more experience wanting to drive ongoing change and set their ERGs up for success.
With cohorts running each quarter, the program is delivered as a series of self-learning online modules, with a facilitated online reflection and planning session run in multiple time-zones, participants can access the content and course, regardless of location or working hours.
