Course Overview

There is a lot to think about when you ae taking your first steps into people management. This course will help you to navigate the early days, giving you a greater understanding of your role and responsibilities, what to expect and avoiding the pitfalls.

Split over three modules, the first explores the mindset shift that is needed when moving into people management and give you tips and tools to get started on the right foot. The second module focuses on you as a manager, exploring different management styles, and giving you an opportunity to reflect on your own management qualities and what you can offer.

The final module gives you focussed masterclasses in essential management topics. Throughout the course, there will be a clear focus on practical actions that you can take away to create impact immediately.
