What is EnERGize?

EnERGize is an initiative dedicated to acknowledging and honouring the exceptional efforts of individuals worldwide who champion Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) through ERG (Employee networks) within their respective organizations. It serves as a platform to publicly recognize and celebrate three significant groups:

• ERG Leaders: These are the visionary leaders driving Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), contributing to the advancement of diverse and inclusive workplaces. 

​

• ERG Sponsors and Champions: These individuals act as advocates and catalysts, actively supporting and promoting D&I initiatives within their organizations. 

​

• ERG Program Managers: The driving force behind the successful execution of ERG programs worldwide, ensuring their efficacy and positive impact.
