About the event
Leading an ERG/Employee Network can be tough.    Over the course of three hours, we will look at:
- Personal resilience and remaining positive: How to manage the ups and downs of leading a voluntary group
- Engagement and succession: Looking ahead, what strategies might work to have a strong pipeline of future leaders
- Generating feedback for growth: How do you gather feedback on your time as a leader and learn from this
The session will be an interactive mix of insight, discussion and a focus on giving you time to gather your thoughts and plan next steps with peers from across sectors.
We also know that for some charities and public sector organisations, budget can be a challenge. Â We have introduced a "PlusOne Initiative" ticket. These can be used for you to extend an invitation to community partners or charities that may find the sessionns useful. Â Alternatively, we have a number of organisations who we would be happy to cover the cost for under your PlusOne ticket - do just drop us an email if you have any questions.
This is part of our ERG/Network Leader training series.
