About the event
Running an ERG/Employee Network is quite a challenge. Â Over the course of three hours, we will look at:
- Setting out objectives and measuring the success your ERG has achieved: What can be measured and how do you evolve how you track 'success'
- Impact at a global level; global/national considerations: Tips and approaches to working with and reaching employees across regions and countriesÂ
- Engaging outside your organisation: Managing relationships with external parties
- Celebrating success: Recognising the hard work put in and where impact has been made with colleagues
The session will be an interactive mix of insight, discussion and a focus on giving you time to gather your thoughts and plan next steps with peers from across sectors.
We also know that for some charities and public sector organisations, budget can be a challenge. Â We have introduced a "PlusOne Initiative" ticket. These can be used for you to extend an invitation to community partners or charities that may find the sessionns useful. Â Alternatively, we have a number of organisations who we would be happy to cover the cost for under your PlusOne ticket - do just drop us an email if you have any questions.
This is part of our ERG/Network Leader training series.
