For a long time, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Emplyee Networks have aplayed a central role in building inclusive cultures. But as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) has been evolving, what is the current state of ERGs?
As Incusion, HR and Culture Leaders looking after ERGs what are the current challenges you face - and how are ERGs, the role they play and their set-up for organizations across the world changing?

This survey and research will focus on a mix of quantiative questions and qualitative interviews to provide perspestives and thoughts for where ERGs are now...and what the future might look like.

The survey is open until the end of May and the report will be written for July.
