ERGs and Employee Networks - Research and Thought Leadership
As well as IMPACT for their organizations and communities, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) also build leadership skills – both in running ERGs and LEADING colleagues, including managing people and projects.
This survey is focused on exploring the SKILLS GAINED by ERG leaders and how these are valued.

Anchor 1
ERGs and Employee Networks are often key pillars of Inclusion, Beloning, Diversity and Employee Experience strategies.
But as the demand for new ERGs has grown, many are facing declining engagement. And managers across organizations are often unsure of the value and why they and their team members should engage with them.
Our survey for 2026 will look at evolving options for ERG strategy - from where they can really have impact, to views on how they might align best to drive community (and business) outcomes.
If you are responsible for overseeing ERGs, we are interviewing over April and May to gather insight.
We will also have a survey to gather data on challenges such as funding, governance, roles and more.
We will then share the report to help you reflect and then update your ERG strategy into 2027.
BE PART OF OUR ERG RESEARCH.
