About the event

Understanding and trying to influence culture and behaviour is a critical challenge for ERG/Employee Network leaders  Over the course of three hours, we will look at:

- An introduction to culture and your organisation: What is culture and how do you define and measure it?

- Understanding cultural and behavioural change: What ways are there to influence culture and nudge behavioural change - and how can Networks/ERG play a role in this?

The session will be an interactive mix of insight, discussion and a focus on giving you time to gather your thoughts and plan next steps with peers from across sectors.
