This is an informal forum for people in D&I/HR teams who lead Employee Resource Groups/Employee Network strategy. Each quarter we meet and looking at best practice to support and develop these groups, including how to help them excel, connect with others and celebrate success. (NB Unfortunately, to allow open discussion, this forum is only open to those in D&I/HR teams who oversee ERG/Employee Network strategy across their organisation)
