PM: Culture, Behaviour and driving Culture Change II: PM session

Understanding and trying to influence culture and behaviour is a critical challenge for ERG/Employee Network leaders  Over the course of three hours, we will look at:

- Assessing culture and where you can make an impact: Defining where you might be able to influence change and how you go abot this

- Influencing to build the case for change: Defining the stakeholders and your approach to building a casr to influence the change you would like to see over time

The session will be an interactive mix of insight, discussion and a focus on giving you time to gather your thoughts and plan next steps with peers from across sectors.

We also know that for some charities and public sector organisations, budget can be a challenge.  We have introduced a "PlusOne Initiative" ticket. These can be used for you to extend an invitation to community partners or charities that may find the sessionns useful.  Alternatively, we have a number of organisations who we would be happy to cover the cost for under your PlusOne ticket - do just drop us an email if you have any questions.
