About the event

With our panel giving expert insight (alongside Q&A ith the audience) we will work through:

  • ERG maturity model – What are the areas where an ERG might have an impact and what might 'maturity' look like for each
  • How to unleash the power inside the ERG – Insight and practical examples from the panel based on the  maturity model
  • How to unleash the power outside the ERG – Insight and practical examples from the panel based on  the maturity model

  • The challenge of ‘time’ – ERGs take time to run/manage. How to get line managers to buy in and see the value when they might see this work as  conflicting with your other roles
  • How to keep ERG leaders and members engaged? – Often the same people remain engaged, what steps  could you take to keep circulation and rotation of roles and new committee  members?
