About the event

Over the course of three hours, we will:

  • Consider different leaderships styles and assess which you might be
  • Work through how your leadership style might impact those around you - and how this could affect your work as a Network leader
  • Different situations you might face and how you might flex your style to get to most of out them
  • Understanding and supporting development of others - using their own leadership stlyes - to get the most out of the teams

The session will be an interactive mix of insight, discussion and a focus on giving you time to gather your thoughts and plan next steps with peers from across sectors.

We also know that for some charities and public sector organisations, budget can be a challenge.  We have introduced a "PlusOne Initiative" ticket. These can be used for you to extend an invitation to community partners or charities that may find the sessionns useful.  Alternatively, we have a number of organisations who we would be happy to cover the cost for under your PlusOne ticket - do just drop us an email if you have any questions.
